Pro Forma Invoice
This document could be used as an offering for sale or price quotation. In addition, the exporter prepare this invoice before shipping the goods. The pro Forma-invoice states the terms of the transaction, unit price, total price, shipping conditions, buyer and seller details, shipping method, origin and destination of shipment, delivery time, payment terms.
Commercial Invoice
It is one of the important documents that the seller of the goods sends to the buyer in the name of the buyer and along with other documents, according to the contract. When the seller prepares the goods for shipment, he enters the price and all the information and specifications of the buyer on the business list to be sent directly or by his broker bank according to the terms of the contract.
Packing List
This document indicates the number of goods in each carton, pallet or any type of packaging agreed upon by the buyer and seller. This type of document is very important when clearing the goods in the customs of the seller and the buyer.
Bill Of Lading (BL)
"Bill of Lading" is: a document issued by the carrier or his representative after receiving the goods and indicates the transport of certain goods from one area (origin of shipment) to another area (destination of shipment) by the agreed means of transport (Ship, train, truck, plane or a combination of them) for a certain fare.
Freight Invoice
"Shipping invoice" is a document that the shipping company must issue, stating the amount of freight, location and type of means of transport, and the seller submits it to the trading bank according to the credit conditions for the transaction of documents. This document must also be approved by the Chamber of Commerce of the place of issue.
Certificate Of Origin
"Certificate of Origin" is a document in which the name of the country of manufacture of the goods must be specified and this form is completed and certified by the local Chamber of Commerce in the country of seller.
Inspection Certificate
This type of inspection certificate is issued by international inspection bodies approved by the Central Bank. Typically, this type of certificate is for matching the quantity, quality and type of packaging of the goods according to the items on the invoice, contract, letter of credit or sample of the goods.
Health Certificate
This type of certificate is for the purchase of food, livestock, etc., which is requested by the buyer and the relevant certificate is issued and approved by the Ministries of Health, Agriculture or Animal Husbandry of the seller.
